Richard and I have been receiving lots of calls from satisfied customers about the benefits of the immune one powder with immune system issues.  Whether the customer has an animal with an issue or they are taking the powder themselves, we are finding that the networking, word of mouth, advertising is still working best for us.  People with everything from MS to fibromyalgia to IBS, to Chron's Disease, to ... are calling and telling us that they are getting relief with the immune one powder.  Don't forget that we love to hear from you.  Whether you buy our products directly from us or from one of our distributors, we want to hear your stories.  Thanks for being part of our "natural" family and sharing your information so other customers can benefit from your experiences. 

Chron's Disease

We have been very pleased with the reports we have been getting from people who have been using the immune one powder.  Satisfied customers have been calling us and telling us that people with MS, fibromyalgia, allergies, and now Chron's Disease are finding relief when they use the powder.  We have been reading research that suggests that all disease begins as a low level inflammation in the body.  Since the immune one powder is an anti-inflammatory, it just makes sense to take it every day with these kinds of reports coming in.  People have offered to post these comments themselves on this blog.  Carl was honest enough to send me an email and say he couldn't figure out how to post to the blog. He is a much more experienced computer user than I'll ever be.  It's obviously not very clear how to comment.  If you would like to post your own comment, just click on the comments button below and enter your name and email address.  Then you can type in your comments and just click the publish button.  We are anxious for you to share all the wonderful stories that we have been hearing about success with the immune one powder so that others can benefit from your experiences.  I just shared with Diane at The Healthy Animal in Massachusetts that I put the powder in my animal's drinking water.  It is such an easy way to make sure they have the powder every day.  Richard and I put about a teaspoon and a half in our coffee every morning and in a cup of tea every evening.   It is convenient to keep it in a sugar shaker on the kitchen table.   Feel  free to give me a call and I will be happy to type in your comments in this format as well.  800-664-8182.  Stay healthy and hope to hear from you  soon. 

Word of Mouth

Sometimes the best marketing is word of mouth.  We believe that is especially true about our source one products.  We know that nothing is going to match the selling power of an enthusiastic customer passing his or her good experience onto friends or acquaintances.  Bright packaging can attract the eye, a boisterous commercial can be hypnotic, but nothing is as convincing or as sustaining as a heartfelt recommendation.

We are part of a community that is especially vocal about their experiences—a community that shares so much because it cares so much.  We recently received an e-mail from Candy, in San Diego, who uses immune one to help her Chihuahua with his dysfunctional adrenal glands.  Candy mentioned our good friend Paula Fitzpatrick, who took the time to lend a sympathetic ear when Candy needed it, and to share her knowledge and experience; “I will always be grateful for the knowledge that [Paula] passed on to me. Not many people nowadays will do that. . . It means a lot to me, and I will always think highly of her.”

Paula was able to refer Candy to The Healthy Pet Pantry in El Cajon, CA. Candy now uses immune one powder, and immune one joint mobility, on her cat and older dog, as well as on her Chihuahua.  “I feel that immune one [has been] the greatest gift of all. . . I have even passed on your product information to my vet . . . so she could pass it on to her other clients.” 

The reason that word of mouth marketing will beat out paid advertising every time is that personal recommendations are honest and reliable.  Instead of offering you the empty words of someone who is “not a vet—but I play one on TV!” we give you the sincere opinions and experiences of real vets, real shopkeepers, and real pet owners.

And so we say to that network of animal lovers and caretakers out there: Keep up the good work, and keep on talking!

The Healthy Animal, Pembroke Massachusetts

This week we are pleased to feature our good friend and immune one retailer Diane Dewberry, owner of The Healthy Animal, a pet store in Pembroke, Massachusetts. Diane has been stocking her store with immune one product since 2005, and is one of our biggest proponents.

Because of their location, some of The Healthy Animal customers' biggest concerns are skin issues and Lyme Disease.  In fact, Lyme Disease is such a great concern that The Healthy Animal features a large display in their store filled with information and products that can help, and immune one is a featured product!  Diane says “we tell our customers that this product is the one that is going to boost an animal’s immune system.”

Today we are excited to feature another one of our favorite customers, this one from the Santa Ynez Valley in California.  Breezeway Farms, Inc. is owned and operated by Cherie Austin, a horse breeder whose first priority is always the health and happiness of the animals she cares for.  Cherie has been a good customer and a good friend for years, and we are pleased to be able to share with you her experiences with the immune one pellets:

I own and operate Breezeway Farms, Inc. in Santa Ynez Valley.  I lay-up and prep both Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds for the sales, and also do quarantine for horses going to the Philippines.  Immune One pellets have been instrumental in keeping both sales and quarantine horses in the best of health whether they are going to Kentucky to a sale or flying to global destinations.  I have used immune one for the past three years.  It has dramatically reduced digestive problems and has kept the horses well during transportation and during the sales.  I also have a breeding operation and my foals have experienced fewer respiratory an intestinal problems from birth as their mothers were also on the pellets.

Here at Source One we pride ourselves on caring first and foremost about our customers and their animals.  We believe in the value of our products, and use them on ourselves and our own animals.  This is why it thrills us to the bone when we hear a good report from a happy customer.  We love knowing that we have passed the natural and healthy benefits of our products on to someone new. 

A customer of ours who breeds bloodhounds (see their website here: www.Baysidebloodhounds.com) recently forwarded to us the following e-mail she sent to her fellow dog-lovers:

I don't think I've ever sent out an email like this but I wanted to let you all know of a product I have been using for about 3 weeks. It's called Immune One by Source One Naturals and it is wonderful! Capri has had really bad ears for about a year now. Riley has had one bad ear for about 3 months and Sara has had dirty ears (not smelly) for a few months. Capri is VERY sensitive to many cleaners and Sara is a little sensitive. Riley was also on ketaconazol for a yeast infection on his face which did not seem to help his ear much. This "Immune One" stuff has cleared up Carpi's ears, Sara's ears are perfect, and Riley's ear is 90% better. This stuff isn't for ears per say but it is an immune booster. On the little pamphlet that comes with it says that "it may be of beneficial nutritional support for the following conditions: allergies, asthma, autoimmune diseases, cancer, inflammation, viral and bacterial infections." Kind Words from a Satisfied Customer

We have just returned from the Equine Affaire in Pomona, California, where we were extremely pleased by the turnout.  Thank you to everyone who stopped by the show and the source one booth!  It was wonderful to see some familiar faces, and meet a few new people as well.  One of our very favorite things about going to shows like this is when customers stop by the booth and share stories about how our products have helped them and their animals.  We’d like to share one of those stories with you now.  The following is a letter we received in January of this year:

THANK YOU! Your products are EXTRAORDINARY!

On October 11, 2007, after just arriving in NH, our 6 month old stud colt stepped into a hole and ripped the flesh off of his right hind leg, exposing 5 inches of bone between the anterior hock area and fetlock joint.  I was scared.  Jack advised wrapping the leg with Immune One powder and Healing Balm and an aggressive internal protocol of Immune powder.  The partially severed tendon shriveled up by November 6, 2007.  His recovery has been miraculous!  There was NEW tendon growth by November 20, 2007, and the bone was completely covered with flesh by December 6, 2007.  The wound is healing beautifully and the colt is walking and trotting almost normally.

We have been using your products both personally and professionally in our veterinary practice for over 12 years now and are so grateful! We have NEVER seen a contraindication, and continue to recommend the inclusion of Immune Powder to any and every allopathic veterinary protocol.

Welcome to the source one weblog!

We're very excited to have our new blog up and running.  We intend this blog to be a place where all of our friends, customers and dealers can come for information and updates, as well as a place for us to highlight customer testimonials and gratefully acknowledge dealers of source one products all over the country.  We hope you will return again and become part of the source one community!

We'd like to start off our blog by announcing that Richard and Judy will be traveling to Pomona, California for the "Equine Affaire" exposition and equestrian gathering from January 31st to February 3rd. This will be our 6th time participating, and we are looking forward to it!  Equine Affaire has always been a great place for us to reconnect with old friends, hear positive and healthy reports from current users of source one products, and meet new people.  If you are anywhere near the Pomona area we hope you will stop by and say hi!
